Portraits

This is my favorite picture of one of my cousins, whose mother has asked I not post her name. I had so much fun on this shoot over Labor Day weekend 2010. We took the pictures on vacation at the nearby lake. It was cold and misting, but the pictures still turned out great!
This shoot was so cold, but Ash and I were damned determined to make it work. There were even a couple pictures where she took her coat off, though we didn't like those as much. You could tell she was freezing, so they didn't turn out well.
We took this one while sitting in a park close to her parents' house, catching up during a break in her first year of college. I thought the pictures from this shoot were going to turn out bad because I was playing around with the buttons on my camera and it was so sunny, but after putting them into Photoshop and playing with levers, they turned out great, even in color.

Another from the Labor Day 2010 shoot. The three girls I took to the beach that night were all family, and they froze, but we all had a blast!

Another darling cousin, sister to the first. Same rule applied to these ones as the first one. No names. A group of my family went to Michigan's Adventure Summer 2010 (I think) and this is one that came of that visit. She was only 6 and getting so tired, but she loves modelling for me.
This one came about at Ashley's graduation open house. There was a ditch just behind the community center we used for the party, and we snuck away for a bit while everyone else was eating. Did I mention she loves modelling for me?
I might add more later, but I use my computer memory sparingly nowadays. I was nearly in big trouble this year, when my hard drive crashed and had to be completely replaced. Thanks to my parents (an early Christmas present) Best Buy was able to save all of my data onto an adorable portable hard drive. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone with important things on their computers. Pictures, school files, novels, anything that is irreplaceable should be backed up somewhere reliable.
